Did you know you can request repeat prescriptions using the patient access app or website? For further information on registering for this service, please contact reception.
If you need a repeat prescription, you can email the reception team with your request email@example.com. In your email, please confirm your name, date of birth and address.
For requests made in person at the practice, please put your request in the prescription box on the front desk in reception.
If we are closed you can also drop your prescription off in the black letterbox beside the front door on the outside of the building.
Please allow the minimum of 48 hours (2 working days) before collecting.
Please be aware that if a medication review is overdue, you are asking for something that you haven't had in a long time, you are asking for an amendment or you are due to see a nurse, your prescription will be delayed.
